Tony Stewart on Wednesday announced his retirement from the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, after the 2016 Season. Stewart is a 3 Time NASCAR Champion, 3 Time Sprint Car Champion and also a Indy Car Champion.
Tony won 2 Titles driving for Joe Gibbs, a former NFL Super Bowl Champion coach with Washington. Stewart's third NASCAR Title as a owner driver Stewart-Haas Racing.
Stewart started driving in NASCAR's top series in 1999 and has won 48 Races and 299 Top Tens. The good news for Tony Stewart fans, he did say, "it's not a retirement from RACING."
